Terms and Conditions for Private Airport Transfer Service

1. TRANSFER FEE
The transfer fee is 36 EUR, payable either in cash at the hotel reception or by card directly to the driver.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are allowed only if made at the hotel reception more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

For cancellations made less than 2 hours before pick-up, a cancellation fee of 18 EUR will be charged.

3. PICK-UP WAITING TIME
The driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for the pick-up. If the guest does not show up within this time frame, the service will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee of 18 EUR will apply.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSFER DURATION
The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, acts of nature (force majeure), or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the transfer time.

5. AIRPORT ARRIVAL TIME
It is the guest’s responsibility to allow sufficient time for the journey based on their flight schedule. The hotel does not guarantee that the guest will arrive at the airport on time
